Our apartments are located on NW 63rd between MacArthur and Rockwell in Oklahoma City’s desirable Northwest sector. We are near major employment centers, retail thoroughfares, top rated schools and 36 holes of golf.


How much can I expect to pay for an Isola Bella Serviced Apartment?

Our daily rates are less than most hotel rooms and usually less than most conventional extended stay hotels. Our rates include all utilities and furnishings. There are no hidden costs, extra deposits or application fees.

 

What is included in a daily rate?

The Isola Bella daily rate is all-inclusive. Complimentary hot breakfast and supper, Monday through Friday, are provided for guests in the Isola Bella Pavilion. The rate includes all apartment expenses, furnishings, housewares, linens, washer/dryer, 72 channels of cable TV in living room and bedroom (s), Wi-Fi, electricity, water, weekly housekeeping and trash service. Guests are responsible for their own toiletries and groceries.

Housekeeping service is provided daily for Executive units and weekly for Standard units. This includes all linens and paper goods.

Do I need transportation during my Isola Bella stay?

Serviced Apartment guests may have access to courtesy cars to run their local errands. Driver’s license and proof of insurance are required (full coverage). Isola Bella also has attractive rates from Hertz for daily and weekly rentals.
